[McCain is in trouble. LOTS of trouble.]
His ads are petty/childish and mostly on the edge of truth. Fact is, they are NOT working. He is suddenly for tight security on our borders. Where was he 2 years ago?
McCain and his nasty, nasty staffers were being belligerent with the public, even before that became fashionable (all those leftist jackas@#es like Barney Fife talking back and down to the town hall folks). Every time I called, I was talked back to and down to -- and yes, I was polite the whole time, but treated like a first grader or worse. They argued with me every time about our emergency rooms, about how illegal aliens are good for us, etc.
Also, McCain offered us $50/hr to pick lettuce and sneered that he wouldn't get any takers -- i.e. that we need illegal aliens to pick our lettuce.
Two years ago he was right where he'll be on August 25th, the day after the primary. Win (not gonna happen) or lose, he's right back to himself as soon as the vote doesn't matter any more.
The only good thing about his disgusting, nasty little adds are that they piss people off and generate support for JD.
