The companies are required by SEC regs to report the truth, and their books have been fine combed by tons of CPAs and attorneys. Waxman’s staffers have no expertise that will ensnare these CEOs... I predict in a few more days Waxman will quietly drop the hearings.... not because he wants to, but because this is a fight the RATS cannot win.
It’s just another “crisis” by which the left can further demonize capitalism. The press will eat it up, as if on queue. A few threats might be made in the backrooms. No telling what barama and emmanuel have on those guys.

Agreed. Once someone explains to him that the CEOs are required by law to report these predictions to their shareholders.
Hopefully, someone will pick up the ball and run with it and this momentum will be carried until Nov.
