I am wondering if they deliberately used the term “native born,” which is NOT what Lakin has specifically stated, to stall a courts martial. If they do not have the charge correct, and Lakin does not comply with his order to deploy, won’t they have to refile this charge since it is technically incorrect?
Can they charge him with being AWOL and imprison him while the technicalities are “sorted out?”
Of course the used “native born” deliberately.
After all, that’s what Obama claims to be on his website — “native born” — not “natural born”
