As noted in studies above, the SAFEST PLACE for a motorcyclist to be in gridlocked traffic is BETWEEN cars.

And we here in LA here of daily accidents of bikers in between cars.

Many of them die.

Sorry, but I don't believe your "Studies".

That isn't why their dying...It's because drivers of cars and trucks don't pay strict attention when changing lanes and driving in general. Biggest cause of accidents is, not paying attention. In addition to the fact that drivers of cars and trucks are psychologically programed to look for another car or truck when changing lanes, crossing intersections etc.

The results are sometimes the on-coming bike just simply did not register in their mind, when they glanced for oncoming, to changing lanes or a quick look for cross traffic. It was there, they just didn't see it because they were looking for a car or truck.
