Uh, yeah. They’re claiming not guilty. Isn’t this still the country of “innocent until proven guilty?”

Why would the janitor report it anyway? It was two teachers, not a teacher and a kid. However, if it did happen, they should have known to either lock the door or wait until they got home.

Because they were engaging in sex on school property. Maybe that's okay with you, but it's not okay with me.

Tell that to the Pravda Media that blew up over a "no contest" plea to a "disturbing the peace" charge (instead of a sex crime) in an airport washroom.

There was no proof in that case either. No constest means "I won't dignify this in court" and since it wasn't a sex crime he plead no contest to, there was no sex crime conviction.
