I do not think I could have made it out that far. I don't think he, as a suicidal person, had the presence of mind, but maybe he made it a point to have the wind at his back to assist him. I know that I certainly would not commit suicide into the wind

Yes it is. When I visited the ESB I was told you would hit the side of the building because it is much wide towards the bottom.

Are the ledges large enough that a fallen body would stop, rather than rolling on to fall another level?
Also I think they need more than a “ten foot spiked fence.” The deck should be completely enclosed at the top too.
