Well what’s so interesting is that, as I mentioned, the person is a quarter Jewish. It kind of boggles my mind that she would express the original opinion in such a way to begin with. If I were 1/4 Jewish, the last thing I would suggest is that the ‘newcomer’ had no historical claim on the desk. But maybe her knowledge of history is even weaker than mine. If I make it that far, I’m planning to write to her later tonight, so we shall see. Anyway, thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. :)
