To: Mrs. Frogjerk

I saw that interview and it is not the way this news report portrays it to be. The quotes are correct; he did say that he wasn’t pulling a checkbook until he heard from SCOTUS. It’s just the way this report sounds, it makes it sound like the man had a scowl on his face and clenched his fists in defiance, saying, “There is no way in Hell I’m paying for the court costs of those freaks!” In reality, he was very calm; you could tell he was still hurt by the loss of his son and was insulted by this court’s decision but it’s not the way this report makes it sound.

I am sure that the fallen soldiers Father is a gentleman. He will try to tie it up in the courts for as long as he can. But if that didn’t work I would go kicking and screaming before I gave in.

But rather than see that happen I would be willing to donate to his cause. This poor man and his family have suffered enough.
