Sarah Palin To Host First Fox News Show Thursday – With LL Cool J

This is not an April Fool’s joke. Sarah Palin will take her first stab at television hosting when she fronts a new Fox News series, Real American Stories, premiering Thursday April 1 at 10pmET.

Guests for the first show include country singer Toby Keith, rapper/actor LL Cool J and Jack Welch. Get excited.

The show will “focus on a range of such stories including a Marine Medal of Honor recipient who gave his live to save his comrades.” But also there will be the celebrity guests – a very broad range of celebrity guests.

The market segment of TLC is women with young children. TLC has taken a hit on the ratings with its exploitation of the divorce of Jon & Kate. The nature series gives Palin a chance to appear to soccer moms in a nonpolitical setting. If she revives TLC’s ratings, then she will get a little respect from the media. Also a majority of AK residents see Palin’s series as a positive. They hope Palin could increase tourism and stimulate the AK economy.

I just saw some of the LL Cool J piece.....Sarah didn’t interview him, he talked about his life story. He sounds as conservative and pro American as a Hollywood actor or musician will ever be!! WOW!!

This is a good thing for Sarah to do. This is part of her plan to let people see another side of Sarah and that is a good thing. It seems it a periodical show. Maybe 3-5 in a series to fulfill Sarah contract with FNC. It looks like Sarah has a 2-3 month block of time for her TLC Show. By Sept. the real political season heats up and will probably take most of Sarah’s time. The day O’Care passed changed everything you could hear it in her NV. speech and the Basketball FB note. Next week is important to Sarah has a big speech to give at the SRLC and this not the place for a stump style speech. I would think a speech on the order of the Hong Kong speech is in order (RNC speech).

People overseas don’t vote in our election, the big 0 tried that and look how well that turned out! I don’t give a rip whether she talks to Germany or Japan or England. I want a president who puts country first and is most concerned about our interests.

I totally agree, while we have the Ron Paulbots attacking on FR and many doubters linger around even some in the MSM have acknowledge, although in a snarky way that Sarah is gaining steam not losing it, YOU ARE 100% right that OBAMACARE PASSING HAS OPEN THE DOOR FOR HER..... Mitt can still win but he is hurt by it being passed, she is getting better and interviews and commentary and with this Wonderful , REAL AMERICAN STORIES which i just saw the PROMO for, it looks great!!!

I agree with you, the TLC show will be a big hit, and will benefit Sarah extremely well.
