As I said in a post earlier today, as long as you stay north if the I-8/I-10 corridor, you’re as safe in Arizona as you are in New York or Detroit. Perhaps even safer, come to think of it.

And there are lots of things to see and do north of Phoenix.

We want to see Tombstone (movie-created obsession) the Grand Canyon, and pretty much every single rock store in NW Arizona (and it appears there are a bunch).

We're doing Arkansas this year-AZ is tentatively ZAug/Sep 2010.
