I don’t know if it is worth a DR ping, but what the heck!
BTW, I was checking out some groceries at Walmart yesterday and an employee noticed my envelopes...she’s a DR fan too. We agreed of what a lifesaver the program has been to us!
Oh well, I guess my husband and I are suckers again...we pay off thousands in student loans (and all our other debt) and we get to pick up the slack for some idiot majoring in Feminist Lit.
Just in the last couple of we were trying to come up with a plan for sending him back to school part-time in the fall. We probably wouldn’t qualify for Obama money because he’s actually studying something useful like engineering.
OTOH, since we’ve sworn off student loans or any other debt forever, we’ll just pay cash :)
Thanks for the ping, I will send it out. I know what you mean, why work hard to see everyone else just suckle the gov’t teat. Well, I figure that while everyone else will not ever be “happy,” due to their reliance on the gov’t for their happiness, I will continue to know contentment and peace.
Keep up the hard work, it will be much easier to drop off the grid.
