Developer appears to be a synonym for thief.
They can do whatever they want, I suppose. Hell will freeze over before I buy such a tainted property.

Developer appears to be a synonym for thief. This is a great way for politicians to get the Developers in their pocket - and get major "donations" from that group.
When you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can count on Paul's support.
