Yep. This will be a disaster for them. Especially if the GOP gets a majority in the House and votes to repeal and 0bama vetoes it. 2012 will be a real bloodbath. The Dems will have no hope anywhere in the south. The Republicans can spend all of their money in the purple and blue states.
