He wrote an article in the Wall Street Journal recently describing their socialist health care system as a "fiscal train wreck". He explains the projected cost in 2006 to taxpayers was $88 million. The actual cost to date is more than $4 billion. Governor Patrick recently announced a $294 million shortfall related to health care costs.

He further explains Massachusetts would be broke if not for federal Medicaid reimbursements and repeated bailouts from Washington
