Fox has more viewers than the others combined (or something like that) and yet they can’t charge advertisers a higher rate?

With the new monthly subscriber fees that Fox just negotiated with Time Warner Cable (I hears it's 99 cents per subscriber, instead of the previous 49 cents per subscriber in this chart above), and soon will with the other cable companies, their profits this year should be much higher than CNN's.

CNN had to include HLN in the total to come close to Fox News.

Depends on what you mean a higher rate? If you mean higher then CNN then sure. But if you mean higher than they are charging now...then no...otherwise they would be.
