Nonsense. Macs are the most flexible computers, period. They’ll run Mac, Windows and POSIX software seamlessly, and with the Windows instance(s) sandboxed from the rest of the system so malware is contained.

But then you don't have the simple dumb user experience the Mac is known for. If you are going to use a Mac to claim windows is an inferior platform why would you tought running windows as a big benefit? Really it makes no sense.

I didn’t say it was a “big benefit”. I said Macs are the most flexible computers. Many folk need to run a Windows program or two until Mac ports or a better native equivalent arrives. Windows capability, running on Intel processors, makes that easy.

Since Macs are Unix based, almost all POSIX software compiles and runs fine also. That’s a ton more software not available natively on Windows.

I agree though, the real beauty of Macs is running native software, available nowhere else. :-)
