My comment. Yes a get out of “jail-free card” issued by the Bush administration!! They are all hooked together. If they hold a vote in November it will most likely be the last chance we will have for a peaceful resolution.

It has been operational. Look at NAFTA, CAFTA, outsourcing, company's leaving the US for country's with a lower standard of living and less regulation, US infringement on sovereign foreign banking institutions (UBS) etc, etc, etc.
