One used to have to actually commit a crime before being arrested. So much for the arresting officers’ oath of office to uphold the Constitution.

According to the grand jury at least, these guys did commit a crime (and, based on the grand jury indictment, the arresting officers had probable cause to arrest). Conspiracy is a crime.
