Lackomar said he heard from other militia members that the FBI targeted the Hutaree after its members made threats of violence against Islamic organizations. [. . .] One of the Hutaree members called a Michigan militia leader for assistance Saturday after federal agents had already began their raid, Lackomar said, but the militia member -- who is of Islamic decent and had heard about the threats -- declined to offer help. That Michigan militia leader is now working with federal officials to provide information on the Hutaree member for the investigation, Lackomar said Sunday.

Not a very intelligent “Christian” sect militia if they would have anything to do with a muslim much less trust him in this particular case. Assuming this information being disseminated is even accurate in any way....I’d take it with a grain of salt, personally. I’m always amazed at how left leaning Democratic administrations go after “Christian right-wingers” (even if they’re a little whacky) but never seem to go after anarchists, communists, islamists, etc. organizations who are more likely to do a greater deal of damage and yet remain......at large.

oh yeah that is as clear as Mud.
so far it sounds as though a Militia guy was of 'Islamic decent' (religion is now a race) over heard some kind of threat against Islamic organizations.

The media certainly knows how to yank some strings. There is no such animal as “islamic descent” and the vast majority of people of middle eastern descent in Michigan are Christian. That’s like saying I’m of nazi descent because of my German heritage.

The Michigan Militia has been around for decades and is in no way shape or form “islamic”. The media accidently told you that the Michigan Militia isn’t racist and you’re latching onto their poor (or deliberate) choice of words.

This Hutaree group on the other hand is far more suspicious. If you’re being raided by the FBI, why would you run to another militia compound with the FBI hot on your tail? Sounds like a set up to me. Also, how does this Hutaree member make a phone call in the middle of an FBI raid?

Some of these Hutaree guys may be OK but I suspect that over time we’ll find that that had a serious federal infection. I suspect that the raid was the bait and the other two longstanding Militia groups didn’t take it. (The feds failed)
