Use to have some SW radio show in the 90’s. Was on Mark Scott’s show on WXYT a couple of times. Thought the stickers on the back of street signs were codes for UN troops for when they invaded.
He was a janitor at U of M. Got sent to prison for something, can’t remember what.
Thanks again (as I haven’t done any follow-up on this story). Just got home from work, recently.
