Wouldn’t the Spawn of Sarbanes be more vulnerable than Ruppersberger or Hoyer? All three CDs gave President Bush between 43%-45% in 2004, but Sarbanes has far less seniority and has never run a tough race.
You may be right.The 3rd has a higher white population than the other two, but otherwise similar voting to the 2nd district. It may be the easiest to flip; I have no idea who is running there yet, though.
