You don't have to wonder. You can see it from satellite imagery of N.Korea and S.Korea. If you look real close at N. Korea, you can see a couple of flickers of light from the candles. The brightly lit part in S. Korea is people having fun in Seoul.
I just seem to have a different take on this. I’m thinking:
“Hey guys, ever wondered what it’s like to live in a socialist state where it’s like this all the time, and not by choice?”
