The corporation involved have an obligation to their shareholders to disclose this type of information and hit to the bottom line this year - prior earnings estimates are impacted, big time. It’s the right and fair thing to do, plus its probably legally necessary under corporate guidelines, etc.

On the Sunday news shows today, Dims (e.g. Schumer and V. Jarret) have been claiming that Obamacare allows 100 percent write off of all drug benefits provided by private companies. I.e. implying that these companies reporting a net liability will actually have a net benefit.

I more than strongly suspect that's just another brazenly outrageous lie. BUT, if it is true, then these companies would be making FALSE REPORTS to the SEC. Which I think (?) would be a pretty serious violation of law. So it will be interesting to see if the Dims actually ever make a charge of false filings. If they don't, they will as much as prove themselves (yet again) to be liars.

This is what the effect of 0bozoDeathCare is to our companies and we will report & publish the truth". I wonder how many of these executives would have rolled over for GW Bush or the Repubs if they had tried this.

My understanding is that 70% or so of corporate donations in the last coup d'tat 2008, went to 0bozo & the demoRATs. I would love to say, serves them right, but unfortunately those of us who hated 0bozo & voted against him are probably likely to suffer the most devastating financial & economic consequences.

Where are the states that there to to stand up and tell 0bozo to F__K OFF if 0bozoDeathCare passed? Outside the lawsuits filed (which I have no confidence that SCOTUS will rule in favor of) the only way to get our freedom back is for 8-10 states to secede, led by Texas.
