Your theory doesn’t hold water. It’s not about not reading the bill, Tom Coburn SPEFICALLY created an amendment to go into the RECONCILIATION package that would prohibit viagra for convicted sex offenders. The Democrats voted spefically AGAINST that amendment to the bill.
It wasn’t lost in the bill, it was voted DOWN BY THE DEMOCRATS.
