There now, you see, all you stupid homophobes!! Queers arent dangerous, not at all!! No different from normal people, or so I'm told. Except for that detail that I keep use firearms on the range or outdoors and limit my romantic encounters to within my marriage, something that libs don't think matters.

I was never into Burroughs. I can’t read enough about Kerouac, and recently got the excellent documentary about his writing of Big Sur, but Burroughs always put me to sleep. I have always been fascinated by how Burroughs was, like Ted Kennedy, so beloved for his politics that feminists simply ignored that he’d killed a woman and gotten away with it.

This guy and his “husband” were the poster children for the gay-marriage crowd in Maine, even speaking at a huge meeting to pass the gay-marriage law that was on the ballot this last fall. You can bet the gay groups dumped him like a bad habit when this cam to light.
Also, the demo-gay alliance kept the trial from happening until AFTER the November gay marriage vote. I wonder why??? LOL.

Tom Hallett, one of Davidson's attorneys, said Davidson suffers from AIDS and will likely die in prison. Sounds like he already had a loaded gun without actually bringing one to the party.
To: Chet 99
From the article:
"Tom Hallett, one of Davidson's attorneys, said Davidson suffers from AIDS and will likely die in prison.
'If he is sentenced to a long sentence, like 10 years, there is no question he will never see the outside again,' Hallett said before the sentence was imposed.Nonsense. Prison is the best thing that could happen to an AIDS patient. He'll get all the AIDS drugs and medical treatment he needs. And he'll get to vote for zer0 and all the other dims again.

Frankly, I never "got" Burroughs. Read Naked Lunch trying to figure out why he was regarded as a genius; tried to read Nova Express (I think), gave up. Maybe his fans were on drugs too.

"Guns and sex,....let this one be a lesson to you, DiNozzo."

I think Burroughs was a truly great writer, though a horrifyiong person — but then, so was Rimbaud and so were many other great writers.
I went to school with his son, who died very youung and very tragically.
