Souls are more important than politics. Politics can change by sword or by ballot as the need arises, and a nation can be saved. However Damnation is forever.
We should of course say it behooves us to fight for both and indeed the fights are often the same.
Unless you are willing to look a brother in the eye and say “Sorry your immortal soul is damned, but I had a Nation to save and it takes too much effort to do two things at once...”
However I still fail to see how all of this swings on ones opinion of Glen Beck one way or the other...
Indeed if Beck is so powerful we should not even be having this discussion, the problem should be solved...

Exactly.
And you go right ahead and win souls while the rest of us fight to protect the Constitution. God calls each of us to fight in his own way. Fact is you have the ability to try and go win souls because of the country you live in. Grace is God’s gift not ours. I let my light shine.
Now you can avoid Beck and his ilk is you wish. No one has demanded that you either believe what he believes or does as he does. But I will tell you this. This nation was founded on the idea that your belief was yours. You cannot require me to share it in order for me to be a citizen in good standing.
Anyone who decides that they would rather fight over crede than stand with someone defending the Constitution does not have my back
