WRONG. We have the ability to go win souls because of CHRIST. I grew up in a family that preached the gospel in countries where it was not allowed, we risked our lives to share Christ and take bibles behind the Iron Curtain during the Cold war.

Christ WILL be preached regardless of political action.

You seem to assume that we cannot multitask and fight for this country and serve our God.

We are not fighting over ‘creeds’ we are fighting for our country and for our God. Anyone who would put politics over Christ doesn’t have my back.

You are right, of course. The problem, of course, occurs when the clergy make good works the end all and be all of their mission. Preach the gospel. God will supply the needs.

But I fail to see why I split hairs over who can win the most souls. indeed there is not hair to "split" it is not like picking sides for a dodge ball game.

Either one has the courage of their convictions or they don't.

I cannot live 50% as a person of faith and 100% as an American, nor vice versa.

I am called by God to do both in fact. Love my country and fight for it 100% and live for God and fight for him 100%.

I think that is one of the things that is killing us. We are willing to compromise our standing with the almighty out of fear of offending and we find other fights to hide that fear behind. "We have a nation to save, get with the program and worry about God later" is not going to save a nation that God ordained, indeed it will have the opposite effect in the long run.

Indeed the concept is counter productive to the goal. We will not save this nation without saving our brothers.

As far as it hanging on what Beck says, then why the issue with a Conservative who has issue with Beck. It is a small part of the game. One can fight for what this nation stands for and not always like the style of one of the pundits on your side...

Glenn Beck articulately clarified what he meant... that “Social Justice”, as presented in its meaning within the gospel, was hijacked by the Marxist/Socialist factions of the Christian Church. Thus he warned to question or disassociate with those of the Christian Faith and its Clergy when you hear them espousing the term “Social Justice” in the same sentence with “Forced Redistribution of Wealth”.

These snake oil salesmen have corrupted and hijacked the meaning of “Social Justice” within the context/meaning of the gospel and brainwashed its followers to believe the euphemistic lie that it is synonymous in meaning within its use in the Marxist Doctrine... Thus they proclaim the gospel justifies the Church to call upon government to force the redistribution of wealth.

Jesus was no social engineer nor called upon government, or men, to impose any kind of social justice. He was merely a spiritual guide who encouraged the individual to be moral & just... and seek redemption. Jesus was a representative of God, not a leader of men. He preached accountability and self-destiny which is a result of having the freedom to make our own choices... and that our fate must not be decided by someone else.

Glenn Beck is right. Be self-accountable and realize it is the man-in-the-mirror who must change... and not by stealing your neighbors change. Charity comes from the heart... not by force or the barrel of a gun.

What a hoot these Commies are! Nothing is sacred to them... just stealing and getting free stuff.
