as I remember reading last year, the guy had been drinking the night before. I don’t believe he had any prior arrests for indecency. It seems to me that exposure was inadvertent. He woke up, still tipsy, and probably wasn’t as aware as he should have been.
This fellow should have been more careful, the complainants shouldn’t have been such busybodies, and the cops should have stayed out of his house without a warrant.
