Ok I just watched the interview..I thought she did pretty well, she talked about how there should not be bipartisonship if the Democrats don’t give a damn about listening to the other side, I agree, screw bipartisonship, now on to the Immigration issue. I just listened to what she had to say, she did NOT mention amnesty at all, all she said is that she agrees with McCain about securing the border, after that, she went on about how the Obama Administration does not want to listen to Republicans, she did kinda shirt the issue, wanna know why, because she doesn’t know anything about Immigration issues, why, because she comes from a state that does not have that problem. I live in California so for me, I get it, this state is full of illegals, she comes from Alaska, I doubt the illegals are flocking to Alaska. Just by hearing what she had to say about the issue showed me she doesn’t know about it, because she has never lived it. Seriously, are people really judging her by saying she agrees with McCain about securing the border, heck, I want the border secured too, but I go a little further saying that illegals who are here should NOT get amnesty and they should be kicked out for committing a crime. My sister’s boyfriend immigrated here from Israel 3 years ago, he is going through the process THE RIGHT WAY, in fact, he went to the immigration office to answer a bunch of questions regarding his job, etc
Nothing was said about what to do about the illegals already here. Why can't she just answer this?
Just by hearing what she had to say about the issue showed me she doesnt know about it, because she has never lived it.
I don't live in a border state, but I know enough about the issue to be able to deduce that something has to be done about the illegals already here, bleeding the system. Any politician that doesn't know about this issue is woefully unprepared - or willfully ignoring it.
