Agree repeal as quickly as we can ... But I was referring to legal authority of the indentured servants. That’s the incrementalism of the statist Democrats.

The student loan program needs to be returned to private sector asap.

The law cannot be repealed later. This is also written into it somewhere in the middle third of the bill. (around page 1100)

The entire bill is written like a web that protects all the core provisions within itself. It will be about as easy as repealing Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare.

Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.

What about the boldface words don't you understand?
