WRONG!
The 53-31 point lead for McCain was the January poll. The March 18 Rasmussen poll shows McCain leading by only 7%, 48-41.
I wish Mark would realize that there's a reason McCain suddenly sounds more conservative: because he wants to be re-elected. McCain thinks he can talk like a conservative for 6 months (it doesn't come naturally though) to get elected for 6 years.
