McCain did not lose the Presidency because of his inadequacy.

what planet are you from ???

the only reason ole juan didnt get completely humiliated was because he chose Palin, a relative nobody on the natl stage, [whom i believe would torpedo his chances btw] and got a huge bump of vp voters...

yer 2nd premise is just as flawed...support him because 'he can win' is the reason we keep gettin this screeching 'anybody but x' mentality that continually waters down our principles and base...

Mrs Palin was 'good enuff' for me initially, and possibly still, if she stops layin down with dogs and walks the talk...if not, join mcquuuueeeeg in the dustbin...

Clear thinking conservatives know that the 2008 elections was a route for all Republicans who the media successfully painted as the Party of Bush. When the economic collapse came, the media hung it around the Republican neck like an albatross. McCain could have had the best campaign in the world—Sarah Palin was genius—and Zer0 would have still won.

When you look at McCain, you ask why do Arizonans keep this old guy? In short, McCain carries clout. In these difficult times we need all the big hitters we can get to fight the DemonRATs. McCain also has easy access to the media. This is a big advantage when we need to get the message out when the DemonRATs spew nothing but lies.

We can’t always get what we want, but we with McCain, we will get what we need.
