I don't think he actually hates Israel--you would have to expel too much energy and this is a guy who won't even write a bill for the biggest takeover of the economy ever --everyone else does his work for him.
I see him simply as doing what he has been taught/programmed to do and saying/acting out his part in a long term plan--it's all starting to fall into place, IMHO.
This is a guy that would sell out kill,destroy anyone at anytime if it advances his mission. Which I see as to destroy the country. A small party of destroying the US would be muddying our relations with Israel.
