Poor humblegunner - just doesn’t understand.

Even when Palestinians were raining missiles on Israel during the Gulf Wars - Israel was restrained by our govt. from returning fire so as not to exacerbate and inflame the whole Middle East. Imagine how hard it had to be to maintain that restraint.
