I'm pretty sure that if you toured hell, you'd have to go to the vaudeville section to find anyone who could measure up to the talent Biden has for f*ing buffoonery.

Usually guys like that windup as comic relief for cheesy villains like Lex Luther. Beyond that, one thing is certain. They never would get primetime billing with the head cheese - who, for all his imperfections, still has some standards.
