We need to resist.
Arizona’s wanna-be governor, presently AG, refuses to sue. Our Governor Jan Brewer has asked him to do so, be he says no.
What these states can do is hire someone like Mark Levin’s Landmark Legal Foundation to represent them. Bypass the AG.
Sounds like you have someone to campaign against. I have found mine.
It might interest you to note the the Governor of Washington state will also oppose the Attorney General on this silly endeavor.
It is a waste of taxpayers money.
I need to find a good listing of opponents in all the national and state races that we can help with.
This makes me want to add AG’s to the list.
Anyone seen a post that lists opponents of the leftists that could be defeated?

Also I think it is not only about national and state level races but local, county and city races too.
Heard the same from the AG in Mississippi, but Gov. Haley Barber said he’d (state) would hire a private lawyer to represent the state!
Since he is my County Commission Chairman I raised my eyebrows a little, but then noticed this quote and observation which realigns perspective a little.
“People don’t really respect local government as much as I think they should,” he said. By way of comparison, Olens rules over a population of 691,905 or so. Sarah Palin’s Alaska has 683,478 people. Give or take a few.We are a very big county in a very big state! What else can I say?
GA will definitely replace Baker in 2010, since he’s not running for reelection as AG (he’s running for governor instead). I’m optimistic that he’ll be replaced by a Republican.

Why do you think it is a silly endeavor?
They Attorney General of Washington State wants to join with other AGs on this silly political game at taxpayers expense. It will not go anywhere and they all know it.

I don’t think the idea of lawsuits is “silly” regardless of whether they are successful or not. Keeping the issue alive is reason enough to pursue them.
By the time they get to court the whole world will have moved on.
I love our health care you can only dream of such things. I am conservative but not stupid.
