By the way, isnt it odd that the lawyers in Congress dont see a need for the American people to have access to quality, affordable legal services? ...excellent point - but more than a need, it's a right - the Constitution after all is a political/legal document, so one might argue that in fact the right to free legal assistance on demand is the primary right all citizens should have in order to be able to exercise their citizenship to the fullest......

so one might argue that in fact the right to free legal assistance on demand is the primary right all citizens should have in order to be able to exercise their citizenship to the fullestWell, then let's get to it! The "moocher" class is hungry. They're getting Obama money and free health care. And they want more!
Let someone suggest free legal services, and watch the corrupt lawyers who game the system squirm. How much you want to bet that they'd argue that a public option, access to quality, affordable legal services, would be "unconstitutional?"
