I was talking about this with someone more liberal than me.
And I asked them if they remember the shot out windows at a Bush-Cheney office in 2004. I asked them if they remember hearing about Sarah Palin’s church being burned to the ground by arsonists. And I asked them if they remember the Milwaukee election day 2004 tire slashings of vans rented by Repubicans in the get out the vote drive. In this latter case, the Democrat son of a Democrat Milwaukee elected official was convicted.
This more liberal person did not remember hearing about any of these cases in which liberals targeted the Republicans.
I do not condone any violence or vandalism or any of that. However, I do wish the MSM was honest in their reporting, that there are people at either extreme who take things too far. Their implication that good Democrats would never do anything like this against political opponents is demonstrably false. And the MSM should be called on it.
