They do; however, when it comes to tests that liberals can skew, such as the tests required for admission to the so-called "gifted and talented" programs of the NYC public schools, they don't do as well as they could because they are put into intentionally selected adverse testing conditions compared to the conditions into which children who already attend public schools are placed.
