An issue is not open for discussion because you have decided it. Anyone who disagrees is a traitor. The argument being put forth here is to re write a Contract which is not being upheld in the first place.
I suggest we concentrate on enforcing and upholding what we have before we look to some utopian change.
I don't know about you but I've seen what "change" looks like and I think I'll pass.
