Oh no, my Catholic friends don’t get off the hook that easy! If the Roman Church is indeed the friend and protector of the unborn (as I have no doubt they desire to be) then it’s time for the Bishops, or the Pope himself to start putting their excommunications where their mouths are.

Words are nice, condemnation of sinful actions are all well and good. But 94% of professing Catholic Democrats just supported a bill FAVORING and FUNDING the murder of unborn babies — millions of them. If the heirarchy is SERIOUS, they should IMMEDIATELY issue edicts of excommunication against EVERY ONE of the Congressmen and women who voted for this. Period.
