NOW does everyone understand WHY KBH (cornyns evil twin) was NOT allowed to even run for Gov of Tx.
The bill needs a severe attitude adjustment if it can’t be kicked in court.
You people are insane.
Cornyn is right. Use your heads and take what you can get.
Then work to get more and more.
Use the same tactics the Left has used for the last 100 years.
There ya go .... first sign of re-election
insecurity and cya. Dammit.
I despise RINOS.
Without risk assessment, actuarial tables (in which insurance rates are based upon) is USELESS and companies will lose their AM Best rating, which will make them less solvent and on and on and on.
GOOD GOD WE HAVE BUSINESS MORONS IN WASHINGTON WITH D’S AND R’S BY THEIR NAMES!!!!!!!!!
Off with his head!
removing “pre-existing conditions” is NON-CONTROVERSIAL.
Do NOT fight this.
The actuarial tables are ‘fixed’ in states with Pre-X exclusions.
Also, the largest voting blocs in the country benefit most from the removal of Pre-X conditions. Due to Americans getting older and being fatasses, in the coming decades over a third of the population will have pre-X conditions. Over half the households in the country will have Pre-X conditions.
Tyranny of the majority, you betcha, but ain’t no way around it unless you want to bankrupt a tens of thousands or maybe hundreds of thousands more households each year.
Income redistribution will continue until morale improves.
You mean blowout as in tires?
I will vote with my wallet.
The GOP has to defund it, kill it, gut it, sabotage it, sue it, investigate people who passed it.
Corntn is a POS like McCain.
“Are you KIDDING me, Cornyn??”
Just wait...next he’s going to jump on board again with “path to citizenship” amnesty.
It's all by design...without their main function, they will cease to be in business.
It's just what the socialist kakistocracy desires. Coming soon to a business sector near you...
cornyn needs to be informed that ANY repub that does not run on TOTAL REPEAL of this unconstitutional piece of marxist garbage will receive NO support !
The GOP said it was for a bunch of these “reforms” so there is nothing inconsistent. I don’t think these make economic sense either, but just maybe a GOP Congress and president could build some economic reality into it.
It certainly couldn’t hurt to actually hold some HEARINGS and involve people.
I agree with both of that the pre-existing condition issue has way too much broad and emotional appeal. It’s a dead end for Republicans to attack it at this point. That Genie is out of the bottle. Best to go after the ‘mandate’. That is disliked even by the more level headed progressives. And without the ‘mandate’ in place, the rest of their house of cards, aka health care bill, will crumble. Weaken the structure. Only way to do it.
We’re supposed to fight...for this?
