Well it seems to be up to the states at this juncture...
frankly Im burned out from the fight...since before Christmas I’ve been in hype mode. It’s beginning to affect my attitude.....that and just accepting the bill passed....most won’t benifit for 4 years and I’ve just taken a pay cut no matter how the numbers are fudged. Thinking might back off here for a time...the states have the ball now and the next battles are the elections ahead.
Don’t get discouraged. I know it’s painful to see them gloat and the news report a victory for O, but if Obama didnt get any HR passed, that would be like us hitting 10 home runs in a row. Given he got the huge majority he was bound to pass something, even though we were hoping he couldnt. In the end they protected him with a win against their own interests.
