Wrong on so many levels. I’ll tackle just one. Most of
my colleagues I have spoken with are planning their exit strategies. I have heard everything from MBA school to other (a quilt shop for me) to out and out retirement. You will see docs leaving practice in droves over the next 4 years

OK, explain this to me.... doctors are one of the most well paid profession in this country. If the concern is that Medicare and Medicaid does not pay them enough to recoup their cost, why not just opt out of treating medicare patients and just focus on those who have private insurance ? Won't this still be lucrative ?
