We will be forced to comply at the point of the IRS's gun. You will be given no choice and attempting to buck the system will result in fines, penalties, and even imprisonment.
Government is violence. It is the threat of violence by the state that ensures obedience. Compliance with laws is coerced through threat of harassment, violence, imprisonment, and confiscation of assets. Sometimes, it is enforced so violently that people die, as in the case of people shot while refusing to submit their property to seizure by the state through Eminent Domain.
A personal associate of mine was arrested in New Jersey recently for filming the police violating others' civil liberties during a protest. Her name is Catherine Bleish.
