It’s 13 state attorney generals filing suit. 37 state legislatures have passed or are in the process of trying to pass “health care freedom acts” to protect their citizens from the mandate and its penalties . Two separate issues-but I can certainly see how a state that passes a HCFA would be more than likely to have an AG that joins the suit , so we may well get to 37 state AGs.

Thanks for the tune up...heard it's now 38 states that are proceeding with filings or considering filing now that the bill has been signed.
If this number is true and the courts have to take the cases, it could tie things up well past the mid term election. The unfortunate reality is that taxation will start today, I don't see a way to stop that.
