HAVE EITHER McCAIN or ROMNEY REMOVED THEIR STAFFERS
WHO ATTACKED Gov. PALIN and her CHILDREN on the EVE
of ELECTION 2008, throwing the Election to Obama?

No, they have not. Not a word of it. Nothing. Zip.

Dio, let's make this a meme for all members of the blogosphere -- RedState, National Review, Malkin, etc.; and then propagate it to Rush, Hannity and Beck.

I thought the politics of personal destruction was supposed to be over.

Obama Wants to Eliminate Private Insurance (video)

This video has Obama advocating a single payer(socialized) health care plan. He says it will take a few years to accomplish this. These statements make a lie of what he is currently saying.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-bY92mcOdk&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Ebluegrasspundit%2Ecom%2F2009%2F08%2Fobama%2Dwants%2Dto%2Deliminate%2Dprivate%2Ehtml&feature=player_embedded

From the video:

“I would hope that we set up a system that allows those who can go through their employer to access a federal system or a state pool of some sort. But I don’t think we’re going to be able to eliminate employer coverage immediately. There’s going to be potentially some transition process. I can envision a decade out or fifteen years out or 20 out. “

I somehow doubt that Romney said the bill needs to be repealed because it passed without bipartisan support. Even Romney is smarter than to make such a ludicrous statement.

According to KSL.com, Romney said: "I think it weakens America, I think it's wrong for the country," Romney told reporters Monday at a book signing near his La Jolla, Calif., vacation home. "I think the process is frightening, and as a result of that I think that it's important for us to get things right." Romney calls the legislation "unconstitutional."..."My belief is this bill, taking an incursion into the commerce of various states, violates the Constitution," Romney said...

Sorry, but you can't blame the NY Times for reporting what the Lds church-owned KSL.com is reporting...Romney did say it was "unconstitutional" and "violates the Constitution."

I guess the Q for Mitt is: Why was nationalized 'deathcare' "an incursion into the commerce of various states" -- yet supposedly his Bay State 'deathcare' wasn't?

Romney is a plant to get Obama elected to a second term. Say no to Romney!

Yup! I can just imagine the DPTFFRO (pronounced "depth-'fro")-- the Democratic Plant Task Force for the Re-Election of Obama -- previewing the candidates now...
"What about Mitt?" (one member asks)
"Well, let's review his profile & resume'"
"Pro-healthcare?"
"Check"
"Good. That'll eliminate any foundation he has for critiquing the Obama healthcare plan."
"Past racist ties?"
"Well, not proven directly. But indirectly, yes. Mitt was a member of a church at age 30 that barred the door to black priestholders."
"Ah. Perfect. We'll hand all this off to our PR Committee, the MSM, and they'll make the 2012 campaign a full referenda vs. racism."
"One more thing: How can we offset the right's lambasting of Obama as the self-proclaimed savior or Messiah of our land?"
"Well, it's all right here in Romney's profile."
"What's that?"
"Romney's a temple Mormon. He believes he'll be a 'god' in the next life. How can the Right tag Obama when they themselves are willing to vote for someone Romney's religious leaders have called a 'god-in-embryo???"
"Mitt's our man" (said in unison by the task force to re-elect Obama)

If I understand what you have written, Romney said the HC law is unconstitutional (I agree with the reporting on this point). My point was that th NYT reported that Romney said the bill should be repealed because it passed without bipartisan support. The NYT screwed up, or more likely, misinterpreted his statements for political reasons.

Mitt's argument, and one I agree with, is that states have a US constitutional right to pass a health care plan, but the Federal Gov't does not. I really don't give a hoot what MA does to itself since I do not live there. I respect Romney for many reasons, but he would not get my vote based on pushing for health care in MA. It symbolizes a mentality of the nanny state.

No one in Massachusetts got to vote with Romney, either.

Your hero, whom you agree with, did not live in Mass.
and does not live in Mass. He is a fascist carpetbagger
who IMPOSED gay marriage, the BIGDIG coverup, and
RomneyCARE.

Your hero, whom you agree with,

I think you should re-read everything I have written.

But hey, the dems won, so lets go on a bash all things republican binge to make us feel better. Sorry, I will sit this one out and blame the dems for the predicament we are in and figure out how to assert ourselves once again.
