So go ahead and be upset that others as myself aren't buying into your headstrong determination for a Constitutional Convention. I am most pleased with the Constitution we have and the men who forged it....the battle is to maintain it and do more to enforce it when it's trampled on...states are doing so now and that too is enough for me........ This is a thread about passing constitutional amendments, not about 10th amendment lawsuits. I support the 10th Amendment and other constitutional lawsuits. I support efforts to repeal the act just passed by the corrupt Congress. But there are alternatives in case these fail.
I have presented information about passing amendments by going around the corrupt Congress and its tyrannical leaders. The information is there for those that have already reached the point of questioning what more can be done? It is a process of education. When the time is right, people will remember. Your posts only serve to reveal hyperbole and hysteria on the part of opponents.
I have thought past what needs to be done to stop socialism in the United States. Two things can be done that will go a very long way; repeal the 16th and 17th amendments. That is why I am interested in knowing everything there is to know about alternatives in the process of amending to repeal.
