This from the Court that gave us Roe and Kelo? Kelo came 2 States away from Presentments until the States enacted into their own Constitutions that THEY would not seize private propoerty for corporate interests. The Feds still can under Kelo.
We’ve been asking for Constitutional protections for the unborn since 1972 based on the 14th - we still do not have that.
It’s ridiculous to say the “process” works when there is case after case to show it does not.
The Framers handed us the Constitution with everything we need to protect ourselves from an out of control federal government and people are afraid to use it.

But you see that is a huge part of the problem today...I don’t have much confidence in the American people as a whole...the diversity and culture in the US is not close to what it was then...now every nationality here demands same and seperate rights...their own representation and representaion in the gov. Trying to even begin to get delegates satisfactory to all will be a huge feat...if not impossible.
