Did you catch Levin today? He specifically said if the Courts do not strike down Health Care or if we do not remove Dems from office and put into place Pubs that will repeal it it will be UP TO THE STATES (doing best Great One voice) to amend the Constitution.
He said this in hour two, after the 2nd or 3rd commercial break.
Now, I love Mark but I do not believe we will ever get rid of enough Dems and RINO’s to rid ourselves completely of health care. I did watch today as over 30 of the States came together for the common goal of ridding the citizens of a unconstitutional “law”. No different then what we are discussing here, right now.

The process is pretty simple, given the understanding that a law is "Unconstitutional".
You bring a case before the Supreme Court, they issue the ruling that it's Unconstitutional and that's the end of it... "game over" (in regards to that law).
I don't know why people are getting so upset, when they say that it's "Unconstitutional" -- given that this is precisely what the Supreme Court does (issue rulings when something is "uconstitutional" and therefore, the law is not in effect any more) ... :-)
There's no need for even the normal process of a "Constitutional Amendment"... when you've got the Supreme Court who does these things.
That's why we've got three branches of government.
